General.
We look first at Saturn to get the karmic tone of the year
for Capricorn. 2007 for Capricorn is rich with possibilities.
2007 begins finding Capricorn contemplative and putting things
into perspective while Saturn is retrograde. Saturn in Leo is in
your 8th house of resources you share with others,
transformation, wills, estates, taxes, insurance. Saturn
curtails and restricts so you may find confining events in these
areas, but you have been experiencing this since July 2005 so it
should be familiar territory. Saturn rules physical reality and
the rules by which we live. Under Saturn constraints, delays,
retractions, structures occur. Saturn demands that we fulfill
our obligations to others. Saturn will continue to restrict your
access to other people's money and resources. For example, it
may be very difficult to get a loan or mortgage. The lesson is
to master financial self-sufficiency through budgeting what you
earn, making reliance on other people's money unnecessary. When
Saturn moves into Virgo on September 2, it will be in your 9th
house of mental exploration and you will enjoy an expanded
worldview for 2 1/2 years. At the end of 2007 the Saturn
restrictions on others' resources has lifted and if there are
confining energies they will have to do with religion, law,
journeys, foreign travel, people from other countries, the law,
or philosophy. It is good to prepare ahead of time for these new
events that will have to do with mental exploration and how you
see the world. It will be bigger than you previously thought.
Key Issues.
By the end of 2007, finding your place in the world, discovering
how you are planted and learning to grow all your branches and
leaves will be major endeavors. For Capricorn in 2007, key
issues and turning points will have to do with the 9th house and
Virgo; and the 3rd house and Pisces. Lunar eclipses bring out
the internal environment, from within yourself. Solar eclipses
relate to external environments. The emotional issues brought
forth for examination during lunar eclipses will relate to the
house in which the eclipse falls. For Capricorn the lunar
eclipses are March 3 and August 28. The eclipse in March
intensifies the 9th house emotional issues connected to your
beliefs, your education, or the judicial system. The lunar
eclipse in August in Pisces is in your 3rd house and it will
elicit that which is unconscious or hidden related to your
relatives, siblings, neighbors, community, or short travel
ventures. Solar eclipses often signal the start or ending of
relationships, and for Capricorn those are on March 18 and
September 11. Solar eclipses also help us see that which was
hidden. For Capricorn this is fortunate because the solar
eclipse on March 18 in Pisces is in your 3rd house, the house of
siblings, neighbors, and communication, bringing to light
something that has been hidden from you. Startling revelations
could occur in the areas of change, probably for the better. The
September eclipse in Virgo hits home again in your 9th house and
an emotional issue related to mental exploration, foreign
travel, education, or even the law and publishing, uncovering
the previously unseen. The challenge of the 3rd house is to
organize experiences to become a unique individual and then to
present communications to others. The challenge of the 9th house
is to broaden the self and realize ones highest potential in an

Relationships.
Uranus in Pisces is making a transit through your 3rd house and
true to its nature; Uranus can shake up and cause sudden,
unexpected changes with relatives, especially brothers and
sisters. It can even include neighbors and your community
friends so the relationships you thought you have will take on a
new complexion. All will not remain at status quo where
relationships are concerned. Expect to meet interesting and
unusual persons. They may even appear eccentric and they
certainly will be outside the norm for you. Uranus changes the
way you communicate. You may move to more email communications,
more text messaging to maintain your relationships. You could
make a move this year, or at least look for a more suitable
community for yourself and your family. It will feel as though
you have outgrown the community and neighborhood in which you
live. Pluto, the planet of deep transformation is still moving
through your 12th house and this will last until November 2008.
You are changing from the inside out. You have deep insights
into yourself. You will value the opportunity to have a
relationship with yourself as never before when Jupiter joins
Pluto by mid-December expanding your opportunities to go within
and grow and transform. You will not be the same after. The best
times for romance are between May 8 and June 5 when Venus is in

Career and Work.
Neptune is in your 2nd house of finances and personal
possessions and personal values. Neptune could muddle or confuse
your thinking where finances are concerned. It is easy to be
deceived at this time if money is at issue. Neptune does bring
gifts in the 2nd house by affording an opportunity to make money
through the arts, poetry, fiction, screenplays. This is a time
where your spiritual values can deepen intensely. This year
holds some nice surprises for you as it is a year of
individuality, leadership, and new beginnings in many areas of
your life. You will have many new opportunities and the most
beneficial time will be after September, 2007, when Saturn
enters an earth sign. Capricorn is an earth sign. Saturn will
feel more at home and you could reap the financial reward. There
may be a phase when you might not be appreciated in the
workplace. There will be a power struggle in both home and the
