General.
We look first at Saturn to get the karmic tone of the year for
Gemini. 2007 begins finding Gemini contemplative and putting
things into perspective while Saturn is retrograde. After Saturn
turns direct on April 19, you will find yourself initiating new
change in the areas of communication, mental activity, learning,
short trips, and early education. For Gemini, Saturn in Leo is
in your 3rd house of the community, lower levels of education,
communication, and siblings. You tend to be more judgmental, and
some of your natural exuberance is dampened during this time.
You may come down more harshly on a brother or sister and they
can turn the tables, and be judgmental of you. You may have to
go to school and stick up for one of your children. After
September 2nd, Saturn is in your 4th house of home, family,
roots, foundations, and domestic affairs. The 4th house is the
foundation of your chart and the most important house in your
chart. The home fires burn strongly later this year as your
interest in your family life sustains you. You are proud of your
roots and your family bonds are very strong. You might be giving
to your family without asking for anything in return. Your
nurturing gives people a deep sense of security and stability,
and helps them to be more successful in their own lives. You may
have issues about your mother, as well as your own mothering
issues if you are a parent. When it comes to your home, you may
struggle to purchase a home under Saturn's restraints and rules
after September 2nd. Or if you're moving, you could find delays
after Saturn moves into Virgo on September 2nd. This can be good
if you need some stability and grounding, but you are air energy
and Virgo is earth energy and not all events could be welcome.
It might feel restraining and confining. Realize it's a time to
balance your life. It's probably not a good time to sell a house
or the like, as you won't get what you want for it. You might
need to wait awhile, until Saturn moves on. On another level,
mom can get critical, or you can get critical of her. But all
will be well with this growth period of two and a half years.
Key Issues.
By the end of 2007, finding your roots, discovering how you are
planted and learning to grow all your branches and leaves will
be major endeavors. For Gemini in 2007, key issues and turning
points will have to do with the 4th house and Virgo; and the
10th house and Pisces. Lunar eclipses bring out the internal
environment, from within yourself. Solar eclipses relate to
external environments. The emotional issues brought forth for
examination during lunar eclipses will relate to the house in
which the eclipse falls. For Gemini the lunar eclipses are March
3 and August 28. The eclipse in March intensifies the 4th house
emotional issues of home, family, communications, and personal
space. The lunar eclipse in August in Pisces is in your 10th
house and it will elicit that which is unconscious or hidden in
the areas of your career, social status, and profession. Solar
eclipses often signal the start or ending of relationships, and
for Gemini those are on March 18 and September 11. Solar
eclipses also help us see that which was hidden. For Gemini this
is fortunate because the solar eclipse on March 18 in Pisces is
in your 10th house, the house of career. Startling revelations
could occur in the areas of professional shifts, probably for
the better. The September eclipse in Virgo hits home again and
an emotional issue related to your childhood is highly likely,
uncovering the previously unseen. The challenge of the 10th
house is to earn respect and recognition in the world and
contribute to society through work or your profession. The
challenge of the 4th house is to develop emotional closeness,

Relationships.
Moving up and onward are your relationship keywords this year.
2007 is a fine year with dramatic improvements for most of the
year. This year Jupiter in Sagittarius is in your 7th house of
relationships, especially those of spouses and partners.
Divorce, death, rifts and ruptures have the theme of the past
years. Now the time will show you some positive results. Now you
will be able to develop some softer relationships. If you are
not in a committed relationship, you will be before the year
ends. You will be in love again by the middle of the year. These
new relationships will develop until the end of the year. If you
are in an established relationship, it will deepen in commitment
and intensity...or you may outgrow it and clear the way for
something entirely new and even better. It is a time of endings
and a time of fresh new beginnings. You may be struggling with
your decisions. Trust your intuition with these relationship
transition times.
Neptune is in your 9th house where religious practices or higher
education influences may be deceiving. It might be difficult
traveling to other lands. Things can seem to be solid, when they
aren't. Saturn in the 3rd can see you having to take charge with
a sibling, or they can be the one who tries to rein you in.
Conflict could erupt then simmer down with siblings. Jupiter
moves into the 7th where you get support from your spouse or
partner. Jupiter has been in your 6th house of work in the last
year or so and day to day work opportunities came up and
challenges were met with co-workers. Continue to be aware of
possible sabotage on the job front in various forms. Pluto,
which moved through its own sign of Scorpio for twelve years,
saw you earlier in life dealing with power struggles on the job.
Now Pluto is moving through Sagittarius, as it has in the past
few years, and you are dealing with your 'significant other' or
partner/spouse, defining yourself as an individual in the
process. The ultimate power struggle may happen, and you can
break free of a stultifying relationship that you may have been
in for years for the monetary security. The best times for
romance are between April 11 and May 7 when Venus is in Gemini
and also again between November 8 and December 5 when Venus is

Career and Work.
For Gemini, Uranus is in your 10th house, opening up unexpected
opportunities to expand your career, while Saturn is in the 3rd
house causing a power struggle in interoffice communication
perhaps. Be careful of what you send around the office email.
Jupiter in the 7th house of partners favors an expansion in
business partnerships, an expansion of work and business, even
to overseas or globally. You will probably travel abroad on
business with a partner, or at the very least with your Gemini
talents communicate extensively by email or internet all around
the world. A web based business could be in your future, if it
is not already in place. Uranus in the 10th house. Sudden,
unpredictable career and professional changes are the response
to Uranus in the 10th house. These include things like changes
in jobs or careers, or you may find yourself in a position of
prominence, acclaim, or recognition for your professional work.
Uranus will be in your 10th house until the spring of 2010 so
this is your time to go with the sudden changes and it will be
an exciting time professionally. Pay close attention because the
very foundations of your future work is being put in place right
now. Another planet, Neptune is transiting in Aquarius and it
adds a spiritual component to writing, editing, and publishing
and may add these into your work world in written form. You love
to get together with friends from work and now is the time to do
