General.
We look first at Saturn to get the karmic tone of the year for
Libra. 2007 for Libra is rich with possibilities. 2007 begins
finding Libra contemplative and putting things into perspective
while Saturn is retrograde. Saturn in Leo is in your 11th house
in a harmonious aspect to your sun. This transit will solidify
your wishes and dreams and provides the discipline to reach and
manifest those dreams. Friendships you have outgrown will fall
away from your life and new worthwhile friendships will become
stronger. On September 2, 2007, Saturn will move into your 12th
house and into Virgo. Saturn in Leo is in your 11th house of
career money, dad's money, as well as friends, ambitions and
television. The 10th house is that of the career and a job that
fulfills you. You had 2 1/2 years of Saturn in the 10th, now
it's in the 11th. Money issues are dominant. Your dad may have
money problems now, or your career money is challenging for
awhile. It may be that the company is not growing and cannot
afford to give you a raise. But, if you are frugal, you can get
through this period fairly unscathed. When Saturn moves into
Virgo on September 2nd, it will hide for 2 1/2 years, and you
can take a breather. Saturn in the 12th can affect your spouse's
job. For example, there may be a new disciplinarian on the job
that makes things harder and your spouse may want to quit.
Saturn hidden in the 12th sometimes brings forth strength and
discipline and the caution is to avoid rigidity. You are looking
at issues around being a people pleasing person and being
rejected. Not wanting to rock the boat most times, anyway,
Libra, now you are forced to look at this dichotomy in the face
and decide just how much of a toll its taking on your self
esteem. You may have decided no one is going to take advantage
of you again, and you took steps to control your world.
Key Issues.
By the end of 2007, finding your place in the world, discovering
how you are planted and learning to grow all your branches and
leaves will be major endeavors. For Libra in 2007, key issues
and turning points will have to do with the 12th house and
Virgo; and the 6th house and Pisces. Lunar eclipses bring out
the internal environment, from within yourself. Solar eclipses
relate to external environments. The emotional issues brought
forth for examination during lunar eclipses will relate to the
house in which the eclipse falls. For Libra the lunar eclipses
are March 3 and August 28. The eclipse in March intensifies the
12th house emotional issues of something hidden that is a
long-standing issue that you have not wanted to confront. The
lunar eclipse in August in Pisces is in your 6th house and it
will elicit that which is unconscious or hidden in the daily
work routines and your health. Solar eclipses often signal the
start or ending of relationships, and for Libra those are on
March 18 and September 11. Solar eclipses also help us see that
which was hidden. For Libra this is fortunate because the solar
eclipse on March 18 in Pisces is in your 6th house, the house of
daily work routines and health bringing to light something that
has been hidden from you. Startling revelations could occur in
the areas of change, probably for the better. The September
eclipse in Virgo hits home again in your 12th house and an
emotional issue related to your own unconscious motivations and
issues uncovering the previously unseen. The challenge of the
6th house is to be competent, efficient, both in physical body
and in one's daily work. The challenge of the 12th house is to

Relationships.
Neptune continues to move through Aquarius changing your
romantic ideals and your creativity in subtle ways. Neptune in
your 5th house cause these romantic ideals to remain important.
You and your partner or spouse may share spiritual belief or
even place one another on pedestals. Romance is high on January
3 to January 26 when Venus is in your 5th house of romance.
Another set of high romance dates are between November 8 and
December 4 when Venus is in Libra, your sign. Mars will be in
your 5th house of creativity and romance between February 25 and
April 5 and you'll be wise to heed the urge to go out and have
fun. It's a great transit for sex, but not one high on the
romance meter. On the front of relationships, there is a
possibility of setbacks and disappointments. You must take care
of your psychological self. If you invest yourself too much in
one person you may be disappointed. Try to have clear-cut
boundaries for each of your relationships to allow for space for
both persons in that relationship. On the family front, you will
be keen to expand your sense of responsibility. There will be
new and novel responsibilities and relationships. Love affairs
may seem great at the beginning but you may need to take off
those rose colored glasses. Saturn is in the 11th house, where
friends can be the ones to tell you the truth about your kids or
lover. Pluto is in your 3rd house of your siblings, the
neighbors, your teachers, and the community. There are powerful
people in this area of your life now, challenging you and
causing you to grow. You want an ideal romance, and reality just
never quite measures up. Keep it realistic and all will be well.
Make sure you know what your kids are up to but don't rein them
in too hard....they are the leaders of the future and they all
know computers and the energy of this new millennium far better

Career and Work.
If you have not moved in the last year, 2007 could be the year
it happens. With both Pluto and Jupiter in Sagittarius and in
your 3rd house you may be looking for a neighborhood or
community more in line with your needs if you have not already
done so. Travel of all kinds is a given. Overseas travel is best
between April 11 and May 28 when Venus or Mercury will be in
your 9th house of foreign travel. You will have both business
and personal travel, but some higher spiritual purpose will be
an integral part of your travel also. Uranus is in your 6th
house in Pisces and has been since December 2003 and will remain
so until May 2010 when Uranus enters Aries. This period from
2003 to 2010 will cause your work routine to be erratic with
many unexpected changes. This could be upsetting but remember
that the job of Uranus is to shake up the status quo so that you
can move to new and fresh directions. Your luckiest day is on
December 23 when Jupiter and your sun aspect so look for
something wonderful related to your family and home life. Pluto
is in your 3rd house of communication and local politics and
siblings, while Saturn trines it from the 11th house of friends,
ambitions, career money, dad's money. You can use your desire to
talk and write to sway the populace big time. You can be let go
of your job, and feel it is the end of the world. But Uranus
doesn't want you to get into safe, little ruts. It wants you to
expand your horizons. For you to be truly happy and healthy, you

will do this to force you to change.
